Union Bank Of India — Regarding amount deducted from account by bank without sending otp on my registered number

Dear team,
I am durga dwivedi my account no is [protected]. I would like to inform you that on 22/05/2017 4 transaction was done from my debit card amount was 8000 which is not done by me and i did not receive any OTP of this transaction.
How its possible plz let me know i already submit written complain in bank brach which is attached in mail.
Plz do the needful as soon as possible.
And refund my amount in my account as soon as possible .
