Union Bank Of India — Regarding sbi po payment failure refund | |
Respected sir/ madam I have filled a sbi po form, registration number:[protected] password: yumr8g87 on 23 may 2016. While making payment for the first time on 23 may from my union bank of india Debit card, the amount get deducted from my card yet it shows payment Failure and i made payment for the second time from another card and Payment was successful n form got filled. but for the first payment Faliure i didnt get my payment refund even after many complaints Telephonically on toll free no [protected] o[censored]bi. i have complained first time on 04 june 2016, complaint no 16321850. They always say to wait for 7 working day n even after 7 working day i dint get payment n called them again but again they said to wait as they didnt get any complaint resolved message. then i again complained on toll free no and again get the same reply to wait further, still i am waiting for it. I have complained regarding this in union bank of India but they are saying me to go to sbi for compalint of refund saying that untill they get refund from sbi they cant refund me so i should complaint in sbi, As i am the customer o[censored]bi n its banks responsibility in any pos Transaction failure to reslove it with other bank.
