Union Bank Of India — Regarding transfer account from one branch to another branch | |||||
Dear Sir, My salary account opened in Union bank by company. Due to i changed the company I had to transfer my account from vasna ahmedabad branch to Bhairavnath Road, Maninagar, Ahmedabad branch in 2013. Suddenly I one another account number reflected on my account in Net Banking. So I went to branch and asked about it and i got answered that no worry your main account working perfectly so no any problems. But today I went to bank for renew my debit card and person said for which account you want to renew debit card and I said that i have only one account. Person said no their is 2 accounts and one account is dormant and you have to pay charge to close this account where it is I didn't open any account and i just transferred my account fron one branch to another branch then why i have to pay for this.
