Union Bank Of India — Removal of charges and reversal of pension amount

I want to remove the charges in my account and also want to reverse the pension amount which credited on last month september . Regarding this also i have visited my home branch and the staff was not responding to my querie and made fun of this with the staff near by . I want appologies from her and remove the charges and reverse the pension amount.
