Union Bank Of India — Request to change the Mobile no. | |
Dear Team, First let me introduce myself.. This is "Rashid Ali Ansari'' i belong to India Gorakhpur Uttar Pradesh. I would like to inform you of one thing. I am staying out of India as a NRI for the last two years.. due to coming here I lost my registered mobile no. in case I am unable to use my banking services.. So in case I was contacted the union bank customer care service they finally replied and they suggested to me and they provided me with a branch Email id.([protected]@unionbankofindia.com) and they suggested that "I need to send the application to the Attn. Branch Manager"... and i did the same thing which is the suggested i sent the email to my Branch with all required documents last 02 week before. from my registered email id. But still i didn't get any kind of response from my Branch.. so in case i am very disappointed and i would like to request pls take a strictly action for Branch Manager who is not responding customer valid request. and pls try to resolve my issues as soon as possible.
