Union Bank Of India — Request to take action against the unruly behaviour of the Branch Manager of Erstwhile Andra Bank, Ashok Nagar branch, Chennai

Sir,
Today ( 26.05.2021) I went to Andra Bank, Ashok Nagar branch, Chennai to submit a request letter to get a new cheque book ( My Bank account number is [protected]). But the staff of this branch refused to accept my letter. So, I met the branch Manager to submit that letter, he also refused to receive my letter. ( He is sitting in a room but there is no name board and designation board in and out. Total confusion, whether he is BM/Manager/CM).
He doesn't know how to behave with a customer. There was no single customer at that time. He totally behaved in an indecent manner. So, I asked him to give me the email id of his superior to send the complaint through mail. But he refused to give and shouted. Earlier I had this account at West Saidapet, Chennai. There was no problem at West Saidapet, Chennai. But I have transferred this account to this Ashok Nagar branch, Chennai, some 5 years back. After transferring to this branch, I did not get any proper service, so I have stopped to go to this bank for any transaction. Even if there is no crowd, they don''t give any service though I request.
Today the behaviour of the Branch Manager was totally irresponsible, indecent which is unacceptable.
Hence I kindly request you to take necessary action against the unruly behaviour of the Branch Manager of Andhra Bank, Ashok Nagar Branch, Chennai.
