[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — Reversal of transaction

Sir,
I have two accounts in UBI
NRE account 50519
Nro 9516
Yesterday I tried to transfer RS 10000 from the account 50519 to 9516 .
But the transaction failed.
I received a message stating that the money is credited back to my account by reversal of transaction.
But the amount is not credited to my account.
I approached the bank officials and they advised to contact [protected].
Here i was told to register a complaint online.
What else i have to do to get the money back to my account.
