Union Bank Of India — Transaction failed but amonut deduct from account

On 02.10.2020 iam done a transaction from my account no.[protected] of my current account to another account. This transaction is failed but amount of rs.8000/- deduct from my account. Plz reversel the amount of rs 8000/- to my account.
