Union Bank Of India — transaction failed but amount has been debited

HELLO, sir i want say that i have done the payment for railway recruitment form online its reference number is 719004561091980278199 and SBI reference number is CPE3337828 amount has been debited from the account but the payment is cancelled from railway board and the status is showing on website of railway recruitment board is failure .
so i request you to please check the details and refund my money back to me ..thankyu
