Union Bank Of India — transaction failed, but money debited from my account, could not credited yet

Sir,
On 24th aug, i was using union bank debit card to book jio phone. My transaction was failed but 500rs has been debited from my account.

Transaction id is fv000001mafd.

A. What should i do?
B. Do you required any information to help me out?
C. When my money will be credited in my account.

Please resolve my problem immediately.
