Union Bank Of India — transaction failed but money got deducted.

On 20.3.2019 i transfer amount 13, 000/-rs from my unionbank account [protected] to my kvb bank account [protected] by paytm upi but it shows transaction failed but money got debited frm my union bank account and not received in my kvb bank account.. I contact branch manager and gave him refund letter and i contact your union bank customer and still now more than five days over but i didn get my refund amount😖.. Pls take action and refund my amount soon..
