I did my transaction using BHIM on 3/April/2019 2 times. BHIM showing my transaction is failed but from my account 2 times Rs.500 get debited.
But my amount is neither refunded nor credited in receiver account. I try to complain in BHIM but they did not reply to email and phone calls.
Please solve as soon as possible.
