Union Bank Of India — transaction is failed but still amount is deducted from account

I pay rs 3600 to shree shivam attries private ltd bhopal madhya pradesh on 08 oct 2017. But transaction is failed so i again pay it. But amount is deducted from my account two times. I have atm swipe machine slip in which it is clearly mentioned that transaction is failed in first time. Kindly refund my amount
