Union Bank Of India — transaction shown as failed but money is debited | |||
I am yashaswi rohra Union bank of india Ubin0559776 Wright town, jabalpur I did transaction of rs.1800 through union bank upay app on 21st april 2018. Transaction status was showing failed but amount of rs 1800 was debited from account and not credited in other account. And this happened twice. I contacted customer care they "no service for upi transaction issues" and spoke rudely and said "they don't take complaints on saturdays*", so Next day i contacted my branch manager for refund till date i did not received my money. Please proceed and refund my amount as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
