Union Bank Of India — Ubi is unable to provide services and improper behaviour of staff | |||||
I am a 75 yrs. old pension holder having pension account in UBI Ramganj, Ajmer branch-UBIN0549703 account number-[protected] since 1997. Its been two days since I have been visiting the branch to withdraw money in my account to do some urgent payments but the staff is saying the branch is inoperable and not been able to withdraw money from my account. The whole staff along with manager are sitting idle doing chit chat with each other. Upon asking for the reason, rather than specifying me the reason, bank staff keeps me rotating from one desk to another and at last I visited manager's cabin. The manager words are 'you are a literate person, go visit some other branch if you want your money. We can't help you this time'. The branch operations are down since last 2 days and whole branch is sitting idle, enjoying their time off the work and treating their customers harshly; they gets annoyed when someone asks for the reason which they are not specifying. Poor services, poor management, no proper customer care support, they keep on providing another customer care number which too never connects. Very bad staff Was this information helpful? | |||||
