Union Bank Of India — Unable to open FD online

I am unable to open FD account from my UBI account when i tried to open it since 2 weeks. I have raised this concern online and by email as well but no action has been taken from your end so far. I have been told that it is due to the PAN number not registered in my profile and hence the issue. Please be informed that I am having so many FD accounts in the same UBI(when it was a corporation) and I never had any issues and I submitted my PAN when it was a corporation bank. Also, I could see the issue is not because of the PAN as it's showing in the screenshot that "A non-NRE/NRO account holder cant open NRE/NRO FD account" which is not the correct one. Request to check and revert, please.
