I have paid rs1800 online as kv fees of 2nd qtr in respect of my ward. id no is-[protected]. payment date-11jul2016. receipt no gsm[protected]. money was deducted from my account but i am unable to take the receipt. it is showing payment is successfull but while trying to get the receipt it is showing you have not initiated any payment. please look in to the matter. thanking you.

I have paid Rs.2730 online as kv fees of 3rd qtr in respect of my ward. id no is-[protected] payment date-18 Oct.2016. receipt no txn#HU[protected]. money was deducted from my account but i am unable to take the receipt. it is showing payment is successfull but while trying to get the receipt it is showing you have not initiated any payment. please look in to the matter. thanking you.
