Union Bank Of India — Union Bank Of India U Mobile IOS application not recognising e-SIM

After upgrading my airtel physical sim to esim the U-Mobile app is not working & when showed same to the Union Bank, Greater Noida they told its a security feature. And you need to convert your Sim back to a physical sim for the application to work.

FYI my other bank app like SBI works flawlessly on esim.
