Dear sir/madam, I redeemed points worth Rs 263 for recharging airtel mobile. Reward points got deducted on the same date i. e. 12.5.17, but recharge is yet to reflect. Reward redemption ref no. is : CABH/UBI/0908227 Plz resolve. Also got to see from forum that this is quite a common failure occured with union rewards. It may plz b rectified effectively by the bank.
