Union Bank Of India — Upi pin generation issue

Sir,
I have a debit card atm is working properly but during upi pin generation the card details are not accepted and it is shown you have put invalid card details.
Upi pin is not been generated
Please see to it
I have complained 10 times at the call centre but it is still not working
