Dear sir, This is atharv mishra from indore, madhya pradesh (account # [protected]) requesting you to kindly address my issue at utmost urgency. I tried to transfer inr 10, 000/- on 28th november 2016 at 20:18:39 (gmt+5:30) using the union bank of india upi app and have the following details: Txn id: uob3b50b66616164ff39fb7bbffbb4242a8 Txn type: debit Txnrefid:[protected] Payer acc no: xxxxxxxxxxx8016 Payer address: [protected]@unionbankofindia Payee acc no: xxxxxxx3671 Payee address: [protected]@sbtr000063. ifsc. npci Amount: 10000.00 Status: failure Remarks: - Also, please find the attached screenshot of the same. I also received an sms shortly after the payment failure: Your a/c no. xxxxxxxx8016 is credited for rs. 10000.00 on 28-11-16 for reversal of transaction (upi ref no[protected] Yet i have not received the refund in my bank account. I tried to file a complaint on the customer care number but am repeatedly being advised to lodge a complaint using the upi app itself. however, i am unable to find any option for lodging a complaining from within the upi app and have yet not received the amount either. i searched on the forums online and there are many people having a hard time finding an option inside the app. Kindly consider my request of processing my refund at the earliest and revert accordingly.
