With due respect, i would like request you to please investigate my account. The balance got in inr (-2379) while it had to be positive. I already talked to customer care but they are not able to resolve my issue and asking me to go to my home branch but i live in 800kms away from my home branch. When i asked that i can visit to any union bank branch but they said that this issue will get solve only in your home branch but i am unable to visit my home branch. When i tried to connect my home branch 50 times on contact number[protected] but number is not reachable. Kindly look into this matter and try to solve this issue.
