Your ubi branch chetganj varanasi does not entertain customer even after lunch hours... It's 3.30pm on 29.01.18 and yet none of your teller are on counter just saying every one is on lunch beyond the alloted time which proves the violation of guidelines issued by union bank of india as well as customer right to be serviced under issued protocol please take appropriate action... Your UBI Negamam branch coimbatore district not functioning after 3.30 they won't allow innocent people after 3.30pm its not acceptable they are poor people coming from different villages. It should be highly noticeable. Customers relationship is very poor.
