Sir, i have successfully done the payment but not able to upload the photo and signature as time went out for part 2 registration of cds 2 exam 2019. I want to know that whether my application fee will be refunded or not? I request you to help me out to complete part 2 as soon as possible. I would be grateful if you help me out. I apply for online examination of CDS 1 n I pay the amount of 200 rupees from my debit card account but the fees is d deducted from my account but their is no receive status of receive fees in application form so I want to know what we do further ...reply fast n solve me problem
