Sir, I had bought from unit trust of india, rajlakshmi unit plan (Ii) rup (Ii) (Clause xi) vide membership no. [protected] dated 18/11/1997, in the name of my niece doli mahato. Number o[censored]nit purchased - 500. It’s maturity date was 18/11/2017. But till date i have not received any cheque or cash of maturity amount about this. Aug 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jul 09, 2020 Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Units under the RUP 94 (II) certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 31149053 for 115 bonds under investor Id no.[protected] in the name o[censored]nit holder DOLI MAHATO. The said bond certificate is still outstanding in our records. The interest amount of Rs.2369.09 & Rs.759/- are unclaimed as well. In order to release the maturity payment and unclaimed interest payments, kindly submit the ARS bond certificate/CGGF 86 certificate and enclosed redemption form duly filled in all respect and signed by the unit holder DOLI MAHATO. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.
