Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Units under the RUP 94 (II) certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 32343821 for 50 bonds under Id no.[protected]. The said bond certificate was dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same is returned to us as undelivered by the postal authorities.
 
In order to release the payment kindly submit the RUP 94 (II) certificate or any other investment proof and ARS bond redemption form duly filled in all respect and signed by the unit holder KUM AMBIKA BHARDWAJ. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.

Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response The RUS92 scheme was terminated in the year October 2000. However the status of the RUS 92 certificate R[protected] is still outstanding in our records. In order to release the payment kindly submit the original  certificate and enclosed redemption form duly filled in all respect and signed by the unit holderKUMARI KANCHAN SUKLAL CHAVAN.

Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Units under the RUP 94 (II) certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 33135106 for 30 bonds in the name of KUM KAJAL under Id no.[protected]. The said bond certificate was dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same is returned to us as undelivered by the postal authorities.

In order to relese the maturity payment and for name correction kindly submit the below mentioned documents:

1. Submit original Affidavit has to be executed by Unit Holder on non-judicial stamp paper value Rs.20 duly attested by Notary Public stating that old name and new name is of one and the same person .
2. Kindly get main holder signature attested by the Bank Manager under his/her official seal mentioning name, Emp. code, Designation, where the account is maintained.
3. Kindly submit the self attested copy of residence proof i.e. voter card / ration card / electricity bill and photo Id proof i.e. PAN card/Driving License/Passport.
4. Kindly provide the attested (Bank manager/Gazetted officer/Notary) copy of birth certificate.
5. Submit the original RUP 94 (II) certificate or any other investment proo[censored]nder the captioned investment.
6. Copy of cancelled cheque leaf or bank statement.

Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Units under the RUP 94 (II) certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 33553811 for 40 bonds under Id no.[protected]. The said bond certificate was dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same is returned to us as undelivered by the postal authorities. Further the interest amount of Rs. 814.51 & Rs.528/- are unclaimed in our records

In order to release the maturity payment and unclaimed interest payments kindly submit the RUP 94 (II) certificate or any other investment proof and ARS bond redemption form duly filled in all respect and signed by the unit holder NIDHI SINGH. Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Customer Care's response Units under the RUP 94 (II) certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 31191041 for 113 bonds under investor Id no.[protected].

Maturity has already been processed under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid ARS bond certificate. The maturity amount of Rs.11673/- and consolidated interest amount of Rs. 3444.73 have been issued and sent ot unit holder's bank account through NEFT at, ' STATE BANK OF INDIA HARMU HOUSING COLONY 834002 Savings [protected]' with settlement date 12-Oct-2017.

Kindly note that all the payments have been made and there are no outstanding dues under the captioned investment.

1. CGGF 86 certificate [protected]

Units under the CGGF 86 certificate [protected] have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 44019442 for 45 bonds under investor Id no.[protected].

Maturity had already been processed under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid ARS bond certificate. The maturity cheuqe and consolidated interest cheque were issued vide MICR nos. 345681 & 274254 dated 28-Sep-2010 for Rs.4510/- and Rs.1485/- respectively and dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same are returned to us as undelivered by the postal authorities.

To release the said payments, kindly submit a letter mentioning complete address and bank details duly signed by the unit holder P MADHAVAN. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.

2. RUP 94 certificate R[protected] – Id no.[protected]

Units under the above captioned RUP certificate have been converted into ARS bonds vide bond certificate 30542827 for 48 bonds under investor Id no.[protected].

Maturity had already been processed under Id no.[protected] for the aforesaid ARS bond certificate. The maturity cheuqe was ssued vide MICR nos. 37747 dated 02-Apr-2009 for Rs.4958/- and dispatched to unit holder's registered address, however the same is reported as stale in our records. Further the interest amount of Rs. 158.40, Rs. 158.40 and Rs. 1200.53 are uncalimed as well.

In order to release the aforesiad payments, kindly submit a letter mentioning complete address and bank details duly signed by the unit holder P SAVITHRI. The signature o[censored]nit holder should be attested by bank manager under his official seal mentioning the details such as name, employee code & designation. Also submit the self attested copy of photo Id proof, address proof, bank statement or cancelled cheque leaf.
