I am having original certificates of the US-64 purchased by me. I have not received any payment on this, I am still holding the original certificates as under:

I bought these certificates while I was working in Kolkata.
I may kindly be informed about the status and fate of these certificates along with associated bonus etc. against these certificates.

I may kindly be paid due sum as I am a very Senior citizen and I am badly in need of the money.

I have one record pay slip or purchase slip of mutual fund for the scheme "unit scheme 1964" of my Grand Father,
I would like to know the current status for the same. I had through ICICI Bank sent a demat request for 780 shares of Mastershare but received only 505 and the balance were retained at your end for further verification and investigation. The Demat Request No. is 176636 and the Client Id is 43294943 under ISIN INF189A01038. The Inward No. of the letter vide which the above was intimated is 28907188 dated 19.10.2005. In spite of repeated request no response has been received.
