My parents was issued a Rajlakshmi Bond under the Rajlakshmi Unit Scheme o[censored]nit Trust of India bearing the Form No: 7025087 but till date we have not received the payment of the Scheme/Bond the original bond had been surrendered to the UTI. Please do needful in the matter & oblige.

I haven’t received any communication or any sort of status of the above investment.

We had bought a insurance on 23/03/1994. That was a Children's Gift Growth Fund-1986. And the certificate no is :- [protected] under the name of S.Sharath. And the maturity date on it is 22/03/2014. But we have lost the original bond and we are getting few letters stating cancelled copy of check and we don't understand what is happening. So If you can help me out what to do in this situation. I am D.S Matura, i have taken the Rajalakshmi Unit Scheme Bond of 500 units on maturity amount excluding bonus Rs. 105000. Unit certificate No. R[protected] at Uttarkashi on 30/12/1992 on my daughter' Sakshi Matura's behalf. when approached to Dehradun based head office they informed me that bond has no value now it is declared dead and closed now and they will be refunding me with Rs. 17000 only. They did'nt either informed me earlier about this so that i could have relocated my money to some other profitable investment. Please kindly help me out to get my bond money.

I invested money in UTI in the Senior citizens plan years back. I was given a court verdict in my favour with compensation against UTI to have the cashless facility of hospitalization treatment for Ayurvedic treatment.But the UTI was trying to evade the verdict and so again I approached the Consumer court , Kannur,kerala. Only after the court sent an arrest warrant to the Chairman, the UTI obliged to pay the compensation.The UTI gave me the list of ayurvedic hospitals with which they have an agreement .SO I availed the ayurvedic treatment in Amala Ayurvedic hospital, Thrissur, Kerala IN 2008.Based on their letter and the court verdict I got admitted again in the Amala Ayurvedic hospital, Thrissur,Kerala on 16 august 2012.When the hospital contacted the UTI the Amala hospital was informed that no hospitalization is permissible.Immediately I contacted the UTI Thrissur branch manager, Regional manager, chennai,Chairman UTI. Since I could not get any information from from any one of them I sent a series faxes,registered leters and emails to them.The uti authorities kept mum and finally when I sent fax that I would take legal action, they sent fax to the hospital to avail the cashless hospitalization facility on 22SEPTEMBER 2012 and I was discharged from the hospital. So far the UTI has not disbursed the amount to the hospital even after three months. Now the hospital is asking me to pay the amount since the UTI has not paid them.The uti is actually delaying and troubling me like this which is against the court verdict.Therefore I request you to take action for the redressal of my grievance. Since I am now in Taiwan with my daughter I request you to communicate with me in the email [protected]@gmail.com

I had purchased an UTI - CBF Folio #[protected] for my daughter RAKCHHITA SABHARWAL (Spelling mistake) That time we did not notice But her name in all oTher documents is RAKSHITA SABHARWAL pronunciation is same.
I recived cheque # 10924809 amount Rs. 23325.08 dated 15-May-2008 from M/s. Karvy Computer Share Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad, on The name of RACHHITA SABHARWAL due to spelling difference bank did not accepted & our agent Mr. Sushil kumar sent cheque back to M/s. Karvy computer Th request to change spelling wiTh all documents.
After so long & many time we sent Them proof like photocopy of bank passbook passport affidavits but same delay now i am so disappointed from Them That i registered my complain to you.
I hope you will do The needful to get my payment.
