I hv not recd my maturity cheque/warrant o[censored]S-64 for my bond certificate No.[protected] units sofar. My Inv. Id is 63862525.

Similarly my daughter, Guthala Srilatha, Inv. Id: 63354511 has not recd her maturity cheque/warrant of the same US-64 for her Bond certificate No.[protected] units & Bond certificate No.[protected] units = (total 171 units)

My husband sent a email to UTI Technology services Ltd., Mumbai & Chennai on 20th June and a reminder today the 24th inst.,

Pl help me in getting our maturity cheques/warrants.

I AM WRITTING THIS LETTER ON BEHALF OF MY SON .
I visited ur office to meet u regarding non receipt of interest on us 64 bonds under id. no.[protected] for the period 1.06.07 to 1.12.07. I was not allowed to see u & one o[censored]r bengoli manager accepted my letter on behalf o[censored]. He promised that issue is small & needful be done to return INTEREST amount of Rs.313.88 at earliest & I need not follow up on issue.
I am surprised to see that nothing is done on this interest till date. Now UTI has redamp the original amount but not paid interest of above mentioned period.
I would like to know from ur office when u will send interest due on 1.12.07. Amount was held by u saying that minor to major change is not done in your book of accounts. My simple question is for returning full amount u do not need of minor to major is by passed, while paying small interest of Rs. 313.88 u are not clearing it under the pretext of small silly reason.
Is it that UTI is cheating customers like this or it is the careless way of working o[censored]TI for the customers?
I was UTI customer since late sixties when unit prices were fluctuating 5/10 paisa per month. UTI was giving very good services at that time. Today case is simply reversed. Ueven donot check the balance amount of payment before redamption.
Extremely careless hence I had made statement that Iwill stop investing in any of the unit scheme till this issue is sorted out.
Will u care to reply this e-mail? Does UTI need customers any more? Do u care for the customers? U are harrasing small customers. Pl. stop this &improve on service if atall UTI wants to be in business.

The first request was sent on Feb 06, 2008 along with photocopy of the cheque. Since then many reminders have been sent enclosing confirmation of TNT Courier delivering the document to UTI in Belapur. So far we have received only one message informing that this particular issue would be handled by Karvy, Hyderabad. Letter to them has also not evoked any response.

Dear sir,

We, P. Rama Krishna and Pushpa invested a sum of Rs.98000/-(Rs.49000/- each) in dividend yield fund and have been receiving dividends through cheques promptly except the divident declared during the month of January-2008 for which I approached Karvy, where I was advised to find out at the nearest post of office.
The PO has no any records to prove that any cheque of mine is despatched since it is an ordinary post. With this, I once again contacted some personnel working in karvy, hyderabad on phone for cheque, who in turn instructed me to request for a duplicate cheque at the nearest UTI company.
I approached UTI Asset Mnagement Company Pvt.Ltd, West Marredpally, where I have submitted an application for duplicate cheques on 14.03.2008. Till date, i.e. even after a lapse of three months, I haven't received any feedback regarding my cheques/payment. With this amount, I have arranged for some LIC premium, I could not pay the premium and hence it is lapsed. To make the policy valide, I need to pay an extra amount of about Rs.200/-.
Now, I would like you to guide me that Why I cannot claim money for this inordinate dealy. Kindly suggest in this regard.My UTI Dividend Yield Folio Nos. are as follows

I have joined the UTI infrastructure mutual fund SIP Scheme on 22 nd Feb 2008 for Rs.1500/.My first cheque was cleared on 28th Feb 2008.The Sip date on application form is 28th.An amount of Rs.1500/ was cleared thru ECS on 6th March 2008.Another payment of Rs.1500/ was cleared on 17th MArch 2008.Why is this happening?I have contacted the local Karvy Office and they have no reply for that.Very poor customer service.

BUT AFTER MY REGULAR FOLOW UP WITH THEM I AM STILL WAITING FOR CHEQUE TILL DATE AND NO ONE IS AGREE TO GIVE ANY RESPONSE. TELEPHONE NO OF COMPLAINT SECTION IS ALWAYS NO REPLY OR BUSY. PLEASE HELP.

I have registered a SIP of Rs 1000 with UTI Mutual Fund almost a year back. ECS hits my account on 7th of every month but last month (FEB) it was on 28th Feb, 2008 which was completely forgotten by me as i have other ECS/debits from my account also. Just because of such a small stupidity by UTI mutual fund my another important cheque got dishounered merely because of few hundred bucks.

i have not recived the divident warrent of Rs42840.00 of the master share held me in my dpid:in301039 client id:24590566 unit held 12240 unit i have given complain several times but not recived the duplicate divident warrent or a original warrent to my postal address i have given written complain to rajkot office o[censored]titecnology service ltd. and karvy computershare pvt ltd. so many times i have gone there but till today i have not received...
