Unit Trust Of India Mutual Fund [Utimf] — Regarding maturity of children gift growth fund unit scheme 1986 clause 8

Dear Sir/Mam

I have Children Gift Growth Fund Unit Scheme 1986 Clause 8, having Unit Certificate Number [protected] ( Copy Enclosed) which was purchased on 22.04.1995 it's maturity was on 25.08.2015.
I Could not take it's maturity at the date of it's maturity.
Kindly share steps how can I take maturity on line for the said UTI.
