Unit Trust Of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] — Unit Trust Dividends

I had a terrible experience with Unit Trust Of India. They do not focus on customer needs at all. I felt ignored and unimportant. The staff seemed inexperienced and could not answer my questions properly

They made me get a Pan Card. I supplied copies of my passport, copies of certificates, proof of address etc. Now they do not reply to my emails. It seems they want to cheat me out of my dividends which I have not received for decades now. The staff I dealt with are Bhavana Parmar, Madhavi Dicholkar and customer services email. Hirsch Sharma
