My father had invested in reinvestment now he wants to redeem, i have tried to call customer care numbers multiple times they give a number of some office in mumbai where no one answers the phone. Not sure what do.

and also provided our scheme registrars office for status.

on the receipt of the said details, we will able to give reply to him
