Dear Sir,

I have following three FDRs o[censored]nitech Limited, matured long back but I did not get the Redemption till date. Details of FDR:

Subject: non payment of principal and interest on fdr
Dear sir,
I hold the following fdrs o[censored]nitech limited.
1.1210171 ac/no 1236157 matured on16/2/16 rs 5 lakh
2.1209615 ac/no 1236157 matured on 7/2/16 rs 5 lakh
Interest is not being paid on the above fdrs since 1/4/2015. Principal amounts also not paid so far. Returned the fdr receipts duly stamped and signed by speed post on 29/2/16
Unitech has approached the company law board for staggering the payment of maturity amount. They have not paid even 30% which has become due, which they promised in their letter dt 13/2/15.
I am a senior citizen above 75 years and need the money bady.in absence of any communication, we have no option but to take the matter to appropriate forum for relief.
I have lost patience. I want others to join me in taking legal action against the company for realization of our dues.

The co. has not paid principal + interest since 2012/3.
These money was saved for my daughters wedding. One such event I had to undertake in early 2015 with borrowing at high interest rates which Debt I still service. Post that in 2016 we needed funds to attend a hospitalization with surgery expense of significant amount (many lakhs). At all such occassions the money did not become available. It is sad that company does not keep investors posted with status of their efforts to repay and service these FDRs. Despite those 2015 CLB decisions and 2016/17 NCLT proceedings there are no visible signs of money coming along. Can we get update on whats latest hope of getting this money back with some interest.

Following is the list of FDR matured and overdue.
1. FDR - 1204344 due 28/12/2013 Amt Rs 200, 000
2. FDR -1205813 due 01/01/2014 Amt Rs 200, 000
3. FDR -1237839 due 07/10/2014 Amt Rs 100, 000
4. FDR - 1237860 due 03/10/2014 Amt Rs 100, 000
Total[protected][protected]----- Amt Rs 600, 000
plus interest so far about 3/4 year already overdue.

I have deposited my hard earned inr 45000/- in the unitech limited as fdr no. 1222472, through cheque no. 208494 iob salary account for 3 years i. E 07/06/2013-07/06/2016.in spite of a year requested for refund, i haven't received it. I want my fdr interest and principal amount as soon as possible. I will go to all legal processes.

I have invested 1 lac in fixed deposit o[censored]nitech ltd and they have issued fdr no. Ul/fd/a/015942 which was valid from 18.02.2010 to 18.02.2013 and to be matured on 18.02.2013
This was renewed for a further period of 3 years and unitech issued new fdr no. 1205837 a/c no. 038552 on 22.01.2013.
The date of maturity was 18.02.2016, even after sending all required papers long back through agent, the payment of maturity amount of fixed deposit not received.
I have issued them 1 lac in form of cheque and i want them to deposit the maturity amount in same bank, same name, same account. Please help me earliest and take strong action against them.

There has been no response nor information from the company
To repeated queries.

An appeal was filed with the dept of administrative reforms and public greiviances. Reg. No. Darpg/e/2016/18726.
I was notified that the roc has filed prosecution in special court, dwarka. But there has been no response from unitech ltd

I invest 1 lac rs in unitech ltd on 10/10/2013 at 12.50% for 03 year,

Till to date i am not received my payment.
There is no replay from them,

Unitech ltd - fixed deposit principal and interest amount not received till date. The details are as under: 07/06/2013 to 07/06/2016 rs. 100000/- m m desai fdr no 1223228 account no 1243283 dt. 28/06/2013

We need out money, please force company to refund the money along with interest. You are requested to do the serious action against them, as the money matters a lot for use, they are not returning the money, almost 1 year passes, i request you to consider this application and force company to refund our money.

I have deposited INR 70, 000 in an FD issues by UNITECH in the name of Davinder preet Singh, the details of the FD are as below:
Name: Davinder preet Singh, FDR No: 1207020 Account No: 1236346 Date of Issue: 31-Jan-2013 Date of Maturity: 28-Jan-2016 Principle Amount: 70, 000/- Maturity Amount: 101, 652/-
No response from their side. I have done the complain in their web site, still no response.
As the case is currently in court, kindly help me withdraw the maturity amount and let me know the next steps.

I have invested Rs.30, 00/- as fixed deposit with Unitech Ltd. even after maturity of FD I have not received payment from company, I have tried contact to FD Dept but not getting any reply of phone calls. I have heard and seen many such cases with Unitech group and worried about my FD.

I have sent original FD Certificate to Gorgoan office address through speed post but till date have not received acknowledgement of latter nor original parcel if not delivered or rejected.

Am requesting here on this forum, please guide me about how to register my case with concern authority to get my payment back.

I have Unitech FDR no 1242245 (Folio no 094732), date of maturity 19th Oct 2016. The maturity amount is Rs 108, 913.00 Unfortunately the company is not paying the maturity amount even after 5 month is over.
No response from company wia e-mail nad no one is picking the phone[protected]

Please help to get the payment.

I booked my apartment in Kolkata Unitech Fresco Tower 3 in March 2012 with a contractual time of delivery in around 40 months from the date of booking which comes to approximately July 2015 timeframe.

But till todate (April 2017) there is no update to any status on the property since Jan 2016.

My repeated calls to the Kolkata office always is responded back with a future date which unfortunately has been a moving target all the time.

I am at a loss now as to what to expect from such an unscrupulous business. My concerns mainly stem from the fact that I am nearing retirement and need to have my own dwelling unit in India.

I have just two more payments to make before the final delivery.

Can you please address this fiasco.

We have booked a flat in Unitech Fresco Kolkata on December 2011 with commitment of delivery within 36 months from the date of booking.We have paid 95% of the price but they have not yet been able to complete the Tower and defering the delivey every time.we were supposed to get the flat in December 2014, but still it is uncertain when we can get.We are in great loss.No body in Unitech.is competent to give confirmed schedule of delivery.can anybody suggest where to approach.

Our two FDs[protected] dated 8-3-11 &[protected] dated 16-6-11 for 3 years have matured in 2014. We have not received any communication since 14,
There was one letter in May 2016 for one FD #1022166
asking for form 15H, but no news after that letter.
Not heard about FD no 1.
Making calls, writing e mails and similar follow up has not worked.It is frustrating to deal with these people as they just don;t respond.

I have deposited in UNITECH Rs 2, 50, 00.00 in five FDs all are matured. There is no response from them. There Kolkata office is not responding. Most surprisingly their main office's telephone nos responds as - "No existence of this numbers". But in the website the same number is available. I do not know how the money will be recovered. Where to approach ?
