Bellovista treats its’ employees empathetically and nurture them to grow
No Salary issues:
The Bellovista technology is falsely attacked by rival companies as a fraudulent company in the perspective of salary disbursements. In BPO industry, it is very important to keep the performance of any one working in an organized sector, be it agent or a supervisor or whatever profile they are working in. The zeal and enthusiasm for striving hard is essential and not only the wish for striving is sufficient , you need to produce desired result or else you will be lagging behind as for as your performance is concern. Therefore if someone is losing the job for the sake of the performance, apparently it seems that company is responsible for the fact but it is almost the proven fact of any organization that if an employee cannot perform, a company may have to suffer through penalty or a company may lose the desired revenue but company like Bellovista does not ask to leave a performer if he fails to perform better. The only thing it does is to either send the employee for further training process or the employee is given an offer for shifting his process and transferred to some different process because Bellovista believes every employee have enough potential to carry themselves to the height of perfection . Therefore , if an employee fails to perform significantly in one business , he may find interest in another process and who can say ,he may be successful in that particular process
Fake allegation:
It is not good for slinging mud on the reputation of a company as well as on the individual reputation. Therefore it is very important to speak something sane especially when you are trying to protest or dealing with something with which you are not agreeing.
Regarding the disparaging comments made on management:
Regarding the practice of illegal process in their call centre, what I can say that this company has been running its ‘process for years there is no such issues that people could have condemn or disparage the management .All the wings of the company is running perfectly well and you can see that the organization is expanding and contented over the years. Of course you can see a certain kind of restlessness among the people but this restlessness is to be deemed in the positive sense because the callers need to be aggressive as far as profile of work demand them to be and as they are required to convince the customer offering them with certain kind of products or services, they should be smart enough in dealing with customers, they should talk in a straightforward way but that does not mean that they are discontented. If they are disgruntled enough our process could not run so smoothly. As far as the HR of the customer they are very supportive. They always listen to the queries or the grievances of the employees and always willing to deliver the appropriate feedback empathetically and hardly leave any chance for the bottled up anger.
