I am 69 year old lady who along with my 79 years old ailing husband used to live on the interest on fixed deposits invested and on pension. Our old age expenses and treatments were all on the support of these interests. These FDs have all matured in 2014 but I have not recd. any amount yet. I submitted all the receipts and has been accepted but with no results. Now my husband passed away in NOV 2014. The pension has been reduced to half. Since then I am under severe financial crisis. I have written so many mails but there is no response from Unitech.

My fixed deposits details are as follows

As per the company law board letter dated 15th Feb 2015, that 30 % of the Deposit amount of INR 100001 and above will be paid within 15 months of the order... Even after writing so much on this I have not got anything.

I had booked fd of rs. 25000 for 2 years on 24.09.2013, which was matured in 2015. I had received the communication from the company that they are facing financial problem and they will pay the principle as well as interest in instalments but till now i have not received any amount. They are also not responding to phone calls and emails. Can you please help me out

Dear Unitech Authorities I have invested 3 Lacs in Fixed deposits o[censored]nitech Limited . But they are not giving the cheque of maturity value Rs 435652/- even after 45 days of maturity .dated 30/8/16. Nor have they communicated anything. . My FD receipt number is 1236864 and date of deposit is 30/8/13. in scheme B(S) folio number 124882. Date of scheme 6/9/13.

This is related to the Fixed Deposit bearing FDR 1021447 and account number 1018209 for INR 100000 (Rupees One Lakh only) with Unitech Limited issued on[protected] for a period of 3 years with rate of interest of 12% per annum.

Number of attempts to contact Customer Support over website o[censored]nitech (http://www.unitechgroup.com/customer-relations/customer-complaints.asp), Email to [protected]@unitechgroup.com, phone ([protected]@unitechgroup.com) and postal correspondence has yielded no response till date.

While the date of maturity of the FD is[protected], I am yet to receive the credit of the principal and the interest accrued on the fixed deposit till date.

I seek settlement of the payment of the matured principal amount along with the interest accrued till date at the earliest.

Hi all,
I booked a two bhk apartment in uni homes 3 in dec 2012. I have already made three installments of rs 10 lac, however they have not started any construction on actual site. There is no one from company who can respond on the queries. I want to get refund as they have already passed dead line and they have not started construction. Please suggest what action i should take. If there is any customer group file legal proceeding against builder, please let me, i would like to part of the team.

Unitech limited has failed miserably in meeting customer expectations and fulfilling their promises as far as delivery of apartments is concerned in the ncr region. The worst part is there has been no update from the company and from the complaints being recieved unitech is not even honoring its commitments on the allotment letter and using devious means to actually levy additional charges on its customers despite more than 2 years of delay on most of its projects.

Based on my discussion at your Gurgaon office, I have submitted an affidavit on 26th Oct 2015 in Saket office to your executive named Mr. Satinder Singh Rawat with respect to NON RECEIPT of INTEREST from 1st Apr 2015. As on date their is no response from your company.

You are requested to release the payment at the earliest so that I can sustain and meet my daily medicines and other expenses.

We have booked flat in unitech cascade, in sept. 2005, the possession of the flat was to be given by 31st march, 2008 even after eight & half year the possession of the unit has not been given, despite repeated requests/ reminders but no effect.
Total amount has been paid, in fact company have to pay about rs. Seven lakhs for the delayed possession.

Finally they have told that take the possession of incomplete unit & get it completed at your own cost..

I mrs hema chheda am holding fixed deposit with unitech limited . My fdr no is1224410, 1224411, 1229699, 1229700. I have sumitted copy of fdr with the company in july -august 2016. So far i have not recieved my repayment.

I am non working widow. My daily needs are dependent onthese fdrs as they are my only source of income. Take this in to consideration. Thanking you

This is the third reminder for the maturity payment of my following fixed deposit accounts lying with you from april, 2014.

Dear All I also booked in 2009 and no communication until now regarding possession or updates from Unitech . I am keen to join your groups in fight through court or consumer court . Last I went there the security did not allow me to enter, no work has been going on for years now and looks like project may be scrapped. We p. Mukhalingam, p. Vani deposited in fixed deposit schemes in unitech. Receipt no1 was submited through bajaj capital for redemption in sep-2015. Till now we could not recieve the payment. Iam a retired senior citizen and iam suffering from paralysis and i didn’t have any source of income rto meet my monthly expenses. And my wife recently got heart attack with this reason only. Please look in to the matter and pay immediately.

It is once again requested please release the maturity amount along with interest without any loss of time..

I mrs. Ruma ganguly w/o asoke ganguly & d/o sridhar bhattacharjee, have had some fixed deposites with unitech fixed deposite scheme & my complaint is against of the non-payment of fdrs interest amount & as well the non-payment of the matured money.
There are three fixed deposites i have & from them two fdrs are matured recently but the rest is matured in the year 2014 i. E 2 years from maturity almost being passed away. Details of the fdrs are :

2. I recieved the interest amount from the rest fdr i. E 1245762 of rupees 5, 00, 000 but the interest amount is unpaid after it’s maturity date was passed.

Operations and still need intensive medical care. i am under debt as i had to
Borrow money from friends.
4. i therefore request for immediate payment of all matured fdrs for its timely utilization failing which i shall be forced to take legal

This is complain for the Unitech Limited Fixed Deposit Receipt No 1205708 dated which was renewed in 21-Jan-2013 for payment of Rs 43565 scheme B(s)

Despite of many correspondences and calls, Unitech Limited has not reverted with any replies or repayment of money.

Original FD was already sent to company's registered address through Registered AD and delivery receipt is acknowledged by the company.However we havent received any response by them.
