I have purchased a shop in 2011 SF-12. Its been more then 5 years and the pace of construction is going very slow. I have been asking my money back or guaranteed money paid monthly but so far nothing has come.
The concerned guy keeps dodging us and not willing to co-operate.
On asking they say the possession will happen in 2018. I have taken personal loans to pay them and now I am in big debt.
Please return my money.

I Bhag Chand Lodha S/o Navrat Mal Lodha, had invested in fixed deposit o[censored]NITECH LTD bearing FDR No. 1226622 Amounting Rs. 70000/- for 3 years period. which had been matured dated[protected]. I kept waiting for capital money of Rs 70, 000/- but I did not get any information from company. The phone number given on form[protected] does not exist. The mail not delivered on given mail-id [protected]@unitechgroup.com. It is really shameful that it is done by a reputed company like UNITECH Ltd. As Company kept us in dark, it should not be allowed for extension of time for repayment. It is our hard earned money. I requested company board not to give extension of time to the company for repayment of deposits under section 74( 2) of the company Act 2013. On the contrary, direct this company to pay our deposits in month of July 2013 with interest of 18 percent as per company law. Otherwise we will be forced to take refuge of court. But ironically I did not get reply of company board.
I here by state that interest & principle amount of Rs.101652/- has not been received till today.
I further request concern authority to look in the matter for recovery of principle amount with interest till date of payment, in respect of protecting and well being of investor.

I have submitted the fd paper to withdraw my maturity amount on date 26-jul-2016 and waiting for my maturity amount cheque from last one month. no response from their side. they are neither picking-up my phone nor they are replying over my mail. i have done the complain in their web site, still no response. whenever am visiting to their office they are just telling the payment will be delayed. they are not mentioning the time limit (how much delay) in payment. am totally fed up with unitech attitude.

Am from a below middle class (low income group) people. unitech has cheated me. kindly help me out to withdraw my maturity amount.

मैंने UNIFD में Rs. 30000/- निवेश किया था जिसकी maturity 22/10/2014 को पूरी होने पर karvy stock broker ltd. द्वारा FDR भेज दिया गया किन्तु मेरी MATURITY की धनराशि आज तक प्राप्त नहीं हुई । company के mail या phone का भी कोई responce नहीं मिल रहा है । मै एक गरीब महिला हूँ । मुझे इस रूपए की अत्यंत आवश्यकता है । अतः मुझे मेरी निवेश धनराशि वापस देने की कृपा करें । मुझे इसकी बहुत आवश्यकता है । मेरी FDR No. 1243250 एवं folio no. 1250735 हैं ।

I had invested rs100000 in Unitech Fixed Deposit under fd no 1236636, Folio 1200952, unitech 08042011. I am neither receiving any letter nor any Interest for the last 2 Years or so. Please let us know immediately through email [protected]@gmail.com the status.

I booked a flat in UNITECH South Park, Gurgaon in 2010 in resalr the apartment is not constructed .they have taken 40% of the payment.I was wondering if there are fellows from UNITECH South Park owners who can combine and take legal recourse against the builder.
Please contact me if you are a flat owner and want to take legal action against the builder. Suggest any good lawyer too

I am having fd of 35 k with unitech fdr no.1218018 dtd.17.05.13
Matured on 09.05.15 submitted original fd with bank details but co was unable to pay on maturity they hv reschedule payment in part now thing is 1st part credit was in august -16 (15 months) neither recd any chq or credit for this, there call centre seem to be not working and there complaint board
Has also not generated any response

It is very unusual for such reputed company who claim to be india biggest realty developer

I booked a flat in Unitech Harmony property in Kolkata, West Bengal .
I made the payment of full amount of INR 6750095.00 in Aug/Sep 2012

These are my open questions/concerns -

1) There is a big delay in construction completion, How will I be compensated for this ?
2) Is there an ETA on when the hand over of the house will take place ?
3) Since I opted the payment plan A01 ( Paying in Full up-front ) I was supposed to get a 10 % discount, but received only a partial discount, as my apartment building was to be handed over in 18 months - Since this did not take place I am expecting the additional discount that I was not given be now given to me

My two fds no 1212639 rs 321000.00 matured on 19.03.2016 and fd no. 1209126 rs 200000.00 matured on 09.02.2016 have not been paid, both principal and interest due. Please see that they are paid at the earliest.

Non payment of maturity amount
Sir,
I have a fd o[censored]nitech ltd as per details below.

Fdr no:1229447 - a/c no:079733 - date of issue: 25.07.13
Dt. Of deposit:19.08.13 - amount:rs.35000/- - period:3years dt. Of maturity:19.08.16 - maturity amount:rs.50826/-

The deposit was made through their authorised agent m/s bajaj capital, bhubaneswar branch. Looking at the present financial condition...

We have not received interest of the deposits from 01.07.2015 and maturity refunds of fd receipts matured already.
No response from the company and not getting phone numbers answered.
We are all senior citizens and need of money for our retired life

I am homemaker and do not have any other source of income. I am a diabetic patient and to meet monthly expenses is a big challenge for me. How i have to survive???

My wife had invested in fdr scheme o[censored]nitech group in may'2013. The maturity date was 28.05.2016. As per instructions we had submitted the fdr duly signed. Till date neither received the maturity amount nor any information. Details are as followes-

My wife had invested in fixed deposit with above company in the scheme-unifd. Even after completion of the period money was not refunded. Instead of money a letter came whereby it was informed that company law board has permitted to pay the amount later. Even after such period got over still no amount is received. Requesting you to arrange the refund of amount.

Not paying the maturity amount of fixed deposit

But till date unitech has not paid the maturity amount.
