I had deposited an amount of Rs. 25000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand) against FDR No. 1225942 in Unitech Ltd. on 03rd July 2013 for FDR No.1225942 towards company Fixed Deposit from my saving.

On the Fixed Deposit maturing on 3th July 2016 I had deposited the FDR for receipt of the matured amount. From time to time I have been following up, however till date I am yet to receive the same.

I bought fixed deposit o[censored]nitech limited on 13.02.2012 for rs. 75000/-. the date of maturity was 13.10.2015.
After several letters and complaints i am yet to be refunded the amount. also the interest for the period 1.04.2015 to 13.-4.2015 has not been paid to me.
On 20.04.2016 and 10.07.2016 i sent copies of all documents by courier to the company secretary o[censored]nitech limited.
I have not received any response from the company

I have invested 30 thousand in fixed deposite o[censored]nitech ltd but they are not giving cheque of maturity value even after more than 6 months of maturity date (16/01/2016) they are giving excuses that we trying and you will get very soon but till now i got nothing i want them to deposite the maturity amount in same bank, same name, same account. pls help me earliest and take strong action against them.

Updated by vingy Hi, now almost one more year completed of complaint, regarding matured amount not received. check below given details.

My unitech fd no 1197176 deposit amount rs 40000/- matured on 30 oct 2015 (the fd was opened for 03 years from 30 oct 2012). the fd certificate in original was given to broker bajaj capital koramangala bangalore for crediting in my bank accont. i have contacted bajaj capital many times to take up the case but of nopositive result. till todate the maturity amount with interest for delay has not been received. please give the maturity amount with interest.

Dear Madam,

Unitech Ltd

As per the court hearing on 4th July 2016, NCLT has dismissed Unitech's application for extension of FD repayment schedule, as the company has failed to fulfill their own commitment several times. Due Interest payments for all pending quarters are still on hold.

As per court hearing on 5th August 2016, NCLT had strictly instructed the company directors to be present with their passports in next hearing which was on 8th August 2016. Now, the procedure to file fresh cases against the company, with NCLT will be issued on their website shortly and we will get back to you with further course of action by next week. The next Court Hearing Date is on 22nd September 2016.

Rs 11.5 lacs stuck. Interest warrants bounced, interest not being given and amount not being refunded on maturity why is Government not taking any action

I had booked a flat in unihomes bhopal in july'09 as b6/102. i have already paid 90% payment to the builder. delivery was promised in aug.'11. there is no sign of possession even after seven years of booking. for the last three years there is no significant progress at site. every time we visited the site, we got standard reply of shortage of fund and promises to give the delivery in next six months or so. we are now fed up with the follow up with the developer. we have made various mails to developer (unitech & collage group) regarding delayed possession. but we hadn't received any reply from them. kindly help us on the issue.

I had invested 50, 000/- in unitech fixed deposit through fdr # 1233710 which is matured on 08/08/2014. unitech paid me only interest amount on maturity. they issued a notification in which they mentioned that the re-payment of all fds principal amount will be done in installments, but till not not a single rupee is re-payed. their customer care number is not working. even they are not replying to complaints raised on their website.

I submitted my matured fd with unitech for repayment of principal/interest in april 2016. i have reminded also through mails regarding the urgency of receiving payment. i submitted my requests for an urgent action since the money is required for my daughters marriage.
However no reply/acknowledgement/action from their side till now.

Fd no:1214378 maturity 20/4/16 amt 50000

My 2 fds : fdr 1207357, fdr 1207283 (maturity date : january 29th 2016), are well past their due maturity date.
However unitech management have defaulted on its commitment to pay back the dues.

I urge the investors to get united and give a befitting reply to these these willful defaulters who have little value to the law of the country as well as the common man who they have cheated upon.

It was in 2008 that i booked a 1616 sq. Ft flat in unitech verve. The builder promised to deliver within 3 years. It has been over 7 years & still possession not received. It seems my dream of owning a house out of my hard earned money will only remain a dream. The entire amount for the flat has been paid through bank loans. I am paying a hefty emi every month.
And now destiny has played a cruel joke on me, i have been diagnoised with a disease which has no cure. Its a matter of time before i stop working due to the disease. It would be difficult to pay the emi once i am out of job.
These real estate guys are doing day light robbery & we are all helpless.
I want my money back with justified compensation for the delay and mental stress which is cause of my deterioting health

I had purchased a flat in the upcoming township o[censored]nitech group "UniHomes Amabala City in a resale with date of allotment[protected]. The actual date of allotment of this flat to the party from whom I purchased flat was[protected] and the flat possession was to be given within 3 years of allotment. But the builder has failed till date to handover the possession of the said flat to me. Moreover, there is still no construction going on at the site indicating that Unitech is deficient in providing services in timely delivery of the flat.

In this regard, I want the complete reimbursement of my money paid to the builder.

My aunt Mrs.Lakshmi Bai has invested in Unitech Fd . She is a Senior citizens and need money for her sustenance and medical expenses. Have sent several emails and made several phone calls but no progress.
Please consider this case AS MOST URGENT as my Aunt is now Bed-Ridden and unable to move.
Please do the same at the earliest.

Myself and my wife, Subba Iyer Mani - age 73 years and Mrs Parvathy Mani, age 65 years holding Unitech FDRs Nos.1021019 - a/c no. 1017812 & 1021020 - a/c no.1017813 for Rs. 2, 00, 000 each respectively matured on 25/05/2014. The original FDRs duly discharged were forwarded to Unitech in June 2024 by Speed Post. However upto now we have not received maturity amounts even after two years of maturity.

Hello,

I booked an apartment in Noida residences in Jan 2013. As per contract I was supposed to get the possession in Jan 2016 but as per current construction situation, I do not think I will getting the the same in coming years. And when I call and email to Unitech, no one answers. It seems that I was faked by Unitech group.

I have invested my life time earning in this flat and now I am paying the bank loan EMI and do not have any hope to get this flat.

It would be really great if I could get some help in this matter.

Fixed deposit of rs. 30, 000 given to m/s unitech limited, plot no.136, 2nd floor, udyog vihar phase i, gurgaon pin 122016 vide folio no. 1237392 for a period of two yrs. Only. Despite hundreds of reminders maturity amount still not recd. Reminders being sent to company fd manager, puneet mahajan and also to all concerned officials of bajaj capital limited, nehru place, new delhi who were instrumental in promoting fds for this company. Original fdr given to bajaj capital limited, new delhi six months ago but no refund received till now. Case both of medical and hardship having been processed by company law board, new delhi for which requisite documents given to bajaj capital llimited and also to unitech limited.
