I have made a fixed deposit investment in unitech limited on 09.11.2012 which got matured on 09.11.2015. But till date i. E 24.06.2019 i have not received a single cheque or amount from them. I have made several calls to them at customer support but no help is given. Kindly resolve the issue and refund by amount.

I have purchased a flat at Fresco Tower, New Town, Kolkata. The Flat was handed over to me in 2018. Presently I am in USA. So it is not possible to visit my flat frequently. For any emergency and for looking after the flat i have authorized my nephew. On my request when he wanted to visit the flat 2 week back, the facility centre personnel of Kolkata did not allow him although it was very urgent as some contract work was going on in side the flat. They informed that each time owner has to send e-mail about the visit. This system is totally impractical and bogus. The name and contact number of my nephew was in the emergency contact person list. In spite of that they did not allow him. Even they are not ready to tell what is the procedure to authorize my nephew to visit my flat.
As per my opinion, security should check a valid photo id proof of owner or authorized person or person enlisted at the emergency contact list and if found ok, they should allow him/her.
The responsible person of the facility centre is not also answering any of my email and totally careless. Kindly any one help me what to do or whom should i contact to resolve this problem. My contact e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

I made an investment of inr 100000/- in unitech fd (Fdr no[protected], maturity date 6-jan-2015, maturity value inr 112126/-.in february 2015, i was paid the interest amount by unitech after deducting the tds. However, till date after doing several follow ups from my end through letter, i have neither got any reply from unitech nor i have got the principle (Inr 100000/-) back.

I have severe urgent need for this money for the treatment of my daughter which i mentioned multiple timed in my letters. Nothing had happened so far.

Any help on this will be highly appreciated.

As you may all know, this unitech property in kolkata has been delayed by nearly 10 years. There is no end to the misery in sight as recently, i was told that they will need another 2-3 years. I am a consumer who has paid significant amount upfront and finally i have started looking at alternative options. Both the fd receipts are duly discharged and submitted for payment on maturity. No response from co for our e mails, letters and other mode of requests foe payments.
We are sr citizens and above 73 yrs and no other income to live and suffering from copd and pancreas problems.

I have booked a flat in unitech cascade greater noida, cascade tower 4 1103 flat no.. I'm continiously following up continuously folowing up on getting the possession, unfortunately i'm unable to get any update from the unitech team.. Now the situation is that nobody is in the office to give any update on possession neither in office nor in society. I have visited many times to their office and society but no success till date in getting any sort o[censored]pdate, there is no authorized person to deal with and despite with 90% ready, the builder is showing no eagerness to complete the job. I can also see that their staff are removing already existing accessories from the flats where ever they need one.
Even in tower 4, in 6 of the flats people are already started residing.
I'm surprised how they got the permission to stay.
Need your help in getting this issue resolve.

I have deposited 3, 56, 000 rupees as fixed deposit under unitech fd (Fd no[protected] scheme for period of 1 years. The account detail : fdr : 1235263, folio no : 1248254, dated[protected], with maturity date as[protected], but till date the maturity amount is not been release back to my account. All necessary document are already submit to the company in 2014 only as per due date of the same. When i tried to contact them no one is picking the call. I also sent a mail complaining the non payment still no reply was there from their side.

We booked an apartment in tower 2 of harmony in unitech uniworld city, kolkata, years back. We do not live in india and it is impossible to track them. We paid a lot of money but there has been no prgress whatsoever in the project. The last time we visited india, we spoke to unitech. They were absolutely of no help, refused to communicate with us and we are now in a helpless situation. Is there an association in kolkata for harmony buyers we can talk to? Also, what can we do? This is an outrageous duping of honest customers and their hard earned money!

We have invested in unitech fds as follows:
Charissas l d cunha - fd no.1227144 invested one lakh on 06.07.2013 for 3years @12.5%maturity 06.07.2016
Juliana e d cunha fd no.1225024 invested one lakh on 28.06.2013 for 3years @12.5% maturity 28.06.2016.
After hearing unitech not making payment on fds for many investors including me i wrote a letter to unitech make payment on 04 aug 2017. As payment was not made i had make complaint few times to you. Till todate we have not heard form you. The origninal receipts are with us and as we have made a complaint, we would like to deal the matter thu you. Please advise when we can forward the fds to you so that we can get our invested amount with interest.

This is to inform you that i have deposited a sum of rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rupees one lac only) vide fdr receipt no 1204514 (Pan no - akmpr0315h) which has matured on 01.02.2016. Unfortunately, till date i have not received the maturity payment. It is also to state that i have not received the fd certificate till date. However, i have deposited the claim with an affi davit to this effect at the office o[censored]nitech at gurgaon in person.

I request he concerned authority to lodge a complaint to this effect and arrange to refund the fixed deposited amount with interest. You may also provide me the way out to recover the sum from the unitech.

My name is ranjan biswas. I had fixed deposited a sum of rs. 100, 000.00 (One lakh) with unitech limited (Regd. Office : 6 community center saket new delhi - 110017) via fdr no. 1228278 (Account no. 1245824) on[protected], for a period of 3 years at an interest rate of 12.50%. The date of maturity was[protected].

Till date[protected] i have not received any amount from this company. Nor any intimation. I have submitted my fixed deposit receipt to unitech limited on 21-07-17.

Please help me get my money from unitech limited as early as possible. I have attached a copy of my fixed deposit receipt along with this letter.

My father and mother both are senior citizen and they did fixed deposit o[censored]nitech on 2012 as well as 2013 which already matured on 2015 as well as 2016. Please find below fd details:

I have invested 50000.00 in fixed deposite o[censored]nitech ltd but they are not giving cheque of maturity value even after 4 years of maturity date (19/12/2015) i have already suumitted all necessary documents with original fd cerificate through ksbl distributor gwalior on 18/12/2015 same name, same account. Pls help me earliest and take strong action against them. An early action is requested please. I am an ex army man invested hard earn money in uni tech ltd.

I have invested rs 1 lac in unitech fixed deposit by taking 2 fds of rs 50000 each, their fdr numbers are

1. Fdr no : 1241841, maturity date: 9-oct-2016, principal amount: rs 50, 000
2. Fdr no : 1241857, maturity date: 9-oct-2016, principal amount: rs 50, 000

But the company did not paid the maturity amount of rs 72609, it is more then 2.5 years now and i am still waiting for my claim. Kindly help in this regard.

I have deposited rs 50, 000/= for the period of 3 years vide unitech fdr no. 1226531, account no. 073566, scheme b (S) with maturity date as 31/07/2016.
I have tried to contact unitech over phone / e-mail but no one is responding from their end.
Still i have not received any amount against this already matured fd.
Original hard copy of fdr no. 1226531 is available with me.

Booked at c-10 in 2010 at unihomes bhopal, and paid almost 85% money, but no sign of possession even after 7 years from due date. This has happened to many o[censored]s. New dats have been promised by officials, and then nothing happened. Many of the officials have left the organization. Things have come to a point where builder has become unreachable. It seems the builder have any further intention of completing the project or refunding us the money. Would appreciate a response from builders - or is it that moving to court is the only option?.
