I am invested Fixed Deposit Rs 25000 in Unitech Ltd[protected] matured but not refunded til date pls do something it very dificult to contact company. fd no 1250379. Please help someone i m in trouble thanks

Non receipt of maturity amounts against the fds: overdue.

2. Fdr no 1244913 dt 06.11.13, rs 135000, maturity rs196043 dt 29.11.16.
3. Fdr no 1200644 dt 30.11.12, rs 200000, maturity rs 290434 dt 30.11.15.
4. Fdr no 1244915 dt 06.11.13, rs 100000, maturity rs145217 dt 06.11.16.

Unable to open the amicus curiae site. Pl send status. Advise any action at our end.

My name isrvs pradeep kumar, applied for unitech fixed deposit on[protected]. My fdr no. Is 1218807 and my account no. Is 1241271. My maturity date was[protected]. I have returned the certificate to unitech ltd. After the maturity date. But till now i have not recieved my fixed deposit payment amount. Please see my payment would be made to me and solve my problem as soon as possible.

I have invested rs 2, 36, 000 through 7 nos fdrsnos1240220, 1240221, 1240222, all 3 of dt. 3.10.2013&1246252, 1246253, 1246263, 1146264, all 4 of dt. 28.11.2013, folio no:[protected], on 3 yrs cumulative interests @12.5 % p. A, which all matured in 2016. I sent original fdrs receipts already duly discharged through co. Broker/agents.co. To pay double rate of interests for delayed period. Till now unitech co. Didnot transferred my money to www.iepf.gov.in also, which co to do soon. I am sr. Citizen of 74+ yrs old, hence payment must be done soon. Subhash chandra nirala. We have three fixed deposits with unitech company two in the name anu ghildyal got matured in feb 2014 (Amount 10 lakh) & one in the name of my wife sneh mohan.. But so far we have not received our principal amount. Kindly send the cheques regarding these fixed deposits at our address at the earliest with interest. We have given the details of the fixed deposits below. We have already sent several reminders. Kindly acknowledge the receipt of this.

I suresh g. Mohandas (Age 75yrs) in joint name of mrs shobha s. Mohandas invested rs. 25000/- (Rs twenty five thousand only) on 2/8/2013 matured on 2/8/16 with maturity value of 36304/- one month before the maturity i had send discharged f. D. Receipt to registered office of the company. But till date nothing has been received from company. I do expect the payment as early as posible

I booked a flat 5 years ago in harmony in view of i moving to kolkata. But still i do not have any update as when the project is going to finish. I paid 60%money but still no outcome. Is there any people from harmony which feel the same way.
I do not have any place to stay in india. I
Tried to contact unitech kolkata many times but no definite answer when it is going to finish. They do not send letter, no email, no correspondence. I want to sue them for blocking my money and not handing over the flat which i did put all my savings.
Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Dear sir, i am defence officer. A fixed deposit of rs 25000 was made on 06 jun 2011 with maturity on jun 2014. Fdr no. 1021726. However till date the amount has not been repaid to us. Several emails to top management, several calls to the unitech fd divisions have gone on deaf ears. Don't you have shame to run away with defence personnel hard earned money.

If still some shame left, then kindly repay the amount with full interest of four years from the date of maturity.

It has been nearly 2 years since the fd matured. Kindly advise how i get the refund of my hard earned money. I had made this complaint in this forum earlier. Please help me to taken back this amount from unitech they are fronde. I am leaving in vadodara and my income is limited so 50, 000 is very big amount for me and my family. I need this money with interest.

I had invested rs, 25000.00 for one yr. By cheque no.980680 on axis bank ltd, salt lake branch, kolkata dt02.04.2013 through bajaj capital. On maturity i deposited with bajaj capital for redemption. Unfortunately i didnot keep any xerox copy of that the fd certificate no, is also not available with me. I could not upload the affidavit. I am yet to get the redemption amount.

The above fdrs are already matured and i have not received the maturity amount. It is kept for education purpose and i am held up. Thecompany is not responding or picking up the phone calls.

I would like to inform you that i have not yet received my fd amount after maturity date has already been passed. Its almost 36 months past without principal & interest amount. I have already complained about it to fd unitech customer care but nothing is done. Kindly let me know the status for fdr no. 1216471 unitech fixed deposit under name manoj m which has already been expired on 26th april 2014.

I am unsatisfied with the process as the time period. I request you to take appropriate action in getting back my fd amount with interest.

I have already submited original fd receipt to m/s j. M. Financial services ltd on 11.03.2016.

I regret to inform here that, till now i have nor received maturity amount for above referred fd.

Kindly do the needful now, before i take any in the consumer court.

Sir,
Refer to my previous complain no id 1780590, in which i explained that the company is not releasing payment to my fd. My hard earned money is invested in the company hoping that i will get the amount at appropriate time to accomplish the plan activity. I have plan this money to assist in my daughter marriage. But the plan has become futile as i have borrowed the money at interest rates hire than what i will get from the company. Hence please refund my money as soon as possible to further prevent the jeopardising of my economic condition.

I was deposited rs.100000/- on 12.3.2013 for the period of 1 years. Maturity date 12.3.2014. I got interest value of rs.12126/- only. The principle amount is not refunded so far. The information about repayment of fdrs are also not known. Kindly convey the information about repayment please.
