I am hinaben vinodbhai patel from a/31 rajlaxmi society bharuch, ta & dist : bharuch, state : gujarat.
I made fix deposit of rs. 40000 [ fdr no: 1024615, a/c no : 1021332. ] at the rate of 12% for the period of 3 yrs. With unitech limited[ {regd office, at saket new deldi ], on[protected]. The maturity date was[protected]. But instead of paying full amount with mentioned interest, the company has paid interest only, and not the principal amount.
I tried to communicate with the company many times in aural and in written as well, but no respond was given to me.
It seems that the company dosen, t want to pay it, and looks fraud.
I have high hope from you. So kindly look in to my case and help me to return my amount with interest till recent year.

Dear, i am a buyer on an apartment in Unitech heights Tower 10 in New Town Kolkata. The original date of possession was in 2014, but that date kept moving. Now after recent changes in their management, Unitech doesnot respond to our calls or emails and gives a very vague response to a date of possession. We stay outside of Kolkata for employment reasons. The last time we visited Kolkata (August 2017), the construction on the tower was stopped. On asking a reason, they mentioned that there is a change in the funding agency and the work should resume by December 2017. Since then there has been no update on the construction or on possession timelines. We have paid the whole of our bank loan. Kindly help !

This letter is in regards to the refund of the following
Apartment - 0001, floor 00, tower a1 in unihomes3. (Customer code no - ue2029)
According to the letter dated 14/03/2017, ref: ul:red:nrrsn 181463 we were offered the above apartment in place of our previous allotment i. E. - unit no 0902 tower-b4 in unitech residencies sector 117, noida (U. P.) =
(Customer code - rsn0393).
The original allotment date was supposed to be 19/10/2012.
We have been very patient since 2012 and as we got an allotment letter ref:ul:red:nrue:184502 on 17/11/2017, we were promised by your employees -

That we will get the possession within 6months from 17/11/2017, but there is no noticeable progress in that matter, and the above mentioned employees have clearly stated that they are not getting their salaries from unitech, and therefore they are not liable for any further responsibility.
Since these employees have denied to assist us, and we have been repeatedly lied to and taken for granted from many years now, the trust in your company has finally been taken away by such actions.
Therefore, this is a kind notice and request that we no longer want to continue with the property, so we are looking for a refund of our total amount =
With interest within 5 working days, otherwise we have to file a petition in consumer court against the company.
Total amount paid as registration to the developer - rs ‪2885467‬/- (Rupees twenty eight lac eighty five thousand four hundred sixty seven only)

I had deposited rs.49000/- during[protected] and maturity date was[protected]. The amount including interest was rs.71156. After sending the original receipt they had sent the renewal receipt for further renewal up to[protected].

But after sending the receipt for maturity claim till date there is no response.
I had tried calling to their landline number and also to the finance team but all in vain. The promoter of the company should be held for cheating innocent investors and also home buyers.

I suresh g. Mohandas (Age 75yrs) in joint name of mrs shobha s. Mohandas invested rs. 25000/- (Rs twenty five thousand only) on 2/8/2013 matured on 2/8/16 with maturity value of 36304/- one month before the maturity i had send discharged f. D. Receipt to registered office of the company. But till date nothing has been received from company. I do expect the payment as early as posible

I booked a flat 5 years ago in harmony in view of i moving to kolkata. But still i do not have any update as when the project is going to finish. I paid 60%money but still no outcome. Is there any people from harmony which feel the same way.
I do not have any place to stay in india. I
Tried to contact unitech kolkata many times but no definite answer when it is going to finish. They do not send letter, no email, no correspondence. I want to sue them for blocking my money and not handing over the flat which i did put all my savings.
Your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Dear sir, i am defence officer. A fixed deposit of rs 25000 was made on 06 jun 2011 with maturity on jun 2014. Fdr no. 1021726. However till date the amount has not been repaid to us. Several emails to top management, several calls to the unitech fd divisions have gone on deaf ears. Don't you have shame to run away with defence personnel hard earned money.

If still some shame left, then kindly repay the amount with full interest of four years from the date of maturity.

It has been nearly 2 years since the fd matured. Kindly advise how i get the refund of my hard earned money. I had made this complaint in this forum earlier. But did not get any response from you.

When i search on internet consumer portal so many people having same issue since 2010. I already complain so many time on unitech complain portal but nothing is done and no i am in trouble.
