Unitech Group — Delay in giving possession of flat in Unitech Fresco Kolkata | |||||
We have booked a flat in Unitech Fresco Kolkata on December 2011 with commitment of delivery within 36 months from the date of booking.We have paid 95% of the price but they have not yet been able to complete the Tower and defering the delivey every time.we were supposed to get the flat in December 2014, but still it is uncertain when we can get.We are in great loss.No body in Unitech.is competent to give confirmed schedule of delivery.can anybody suggest where to approach. Non payment of fixed deposit amount on maturity, 3 fixed deposits FDR NO 1205460 &1205461. The matured FD is overdue since one year & the amounts 35000 & 25000 respectively
