Unitech Limited — 2 bhk flat in unihome 3, sector 113 noida

I have booked a 2 bhk flat in the scheme — unihome 3 o[censored]nitech limited in sector 113 noida in the year 2012.
2 an amount of rs.22 lacs already paid which is about 70%. More than 6 years have passed. No progress seen except structure have been erected up to some floor.

3 some cases have been filed in courts but i am not aware of the details of such group. What is the status of such cases.
4. What options are available to those members who have not joined any group
To fight the case in the court.
