[Resolved]  Unitech Limited — FD amount not received after maturity

My FDR No is 1010499 and date of maturity is[protected]. I had submitted the original FDR’s to the Bajaj Capital LTD patna office. Since then company has been asking me to wait till end of Jan’14, then end of Feb’14, then end of March’14 and now again asking us to wait till end of April’14 and now April 14 is also at the end. I will soon start to take actions and putting up complains in Ministry of Corporate affairs, Company Law Board Delhi You are therefore also requested to issue necessary directions to the company for making repayment immediately and stop this illegal actions towards us.
