[Resolved]  Unitech Limited — Non receipt of FD amount and accrued interest after Maturity

I have invested 50000/- wide FDR NO 1018671, Account No 1016074 under schemeB in Unitech Limited on[protected]. The interest payable was @12% p.a. The FD got matured on[protected] and the original FD was send by speed post on 3rd of Aril'2014 to the company. However, till date I have not received even my Principal as well as interest amount. Every time when I call the fdcustomercare at [protected] I get reply in the form of excuse that the payment is delayed from the Unitech Company. When I spoke to them in the last week of June 2014, I was told that settlement will be done in the last week of July or 1st week of August'2014. Now when I am trying to contact the number it seems that it has been disconnected. There is no response. I think the company is in huge crisis of debt and is not able to repay the investor money. Please look into the matter for settlement of the Dues.
