Unitech Limited — they have not handed over the flat in spite of possession letter and registration also completed

I have booked a flat in Unitech, THE RESIDENCE, http://www.unitechgroup.com/ B1 /103 in the year 2nd July 2009 after long delay I got the possession letter on 4th August 2014 were really delighted that i would get my flat within one month as they told it would take only one month for handing over the flat. But it was just my mistake that company like Unitech would be doing anything fair with the client.In between I did registration of my flat on 31st december 2014 of my flat it means I own the flat but still unfortunate that i was not handed over my flat plumbing flooring of the flat is still due . as on 13.03.2015 higher authorities says no funds so not work and the customer are suffering . one most important thing there are people who got possession letter much after me got possession either they must be knowing authorities or must be bribed i don't know the exact reason of such kind of favours.
