Unitech Limited — Vistas kolkata not delivered | |||
I have bought 2BHK apartment in Unitech Vistas Kolkata in tower 7. But Still it's not handed over. 5rs/sqft was mentioned as penalty amount which is like peanuts compared to even savings bank account return. For Gurgaon project delay Unitech is directed to pay 12% penalty. I want to take this verdict forward for Kolkata Vistas Project also. Need your help in this.
