United Bank Of India [UBI] — about refund money.

I have paid Moviquick Payment of rs.1900/- on[protected] at 08:05:00 pm. But transaction is not successful, it's showing that disputed txn reporting goo. Gl/4g2ww3. The amount of Rs.1900/-has been debited from UPI Bhim App form my a/c[protected]utbi0moi339). But UPI Bhim App don’t make payment success. Please let me know how i can get refund or payment conformation against the avobe.
Therefore, i request you to take necessary steps and arrangement for this same. And refund my money.
