[Resolved]  United Bank Of India [UBI] — Account debited but cash not dispensed from ATM

I did a transaction on 09.02.2017 at 6:54 pm in (Standard chartered bank atria mall) atm. At that time, it was shown"your bank network is not responding" & subsequently my cah is not dispensed but my account debited. It is not credited yet.
