United Bank Of India [UBI] — airtel dth recharged but not recharged and amount deducted

I have recharged airtel dth customer id-[protected] on 2/5/19 20:24:29 with rs. 335/- through ubi mobile banking recharge facility, but airtel dth service not started and the transaction is showing successful. My money has been deducted but service not started. Amount deducted but not reached to my airtel dth customer id. Where has my money gone? Airtel customer care is telling that bank will refund it. Below are the transaction details.

Ubi mobile banking I transection 6993rs. transection is suspect transection is[protected] but still not refundable my money please do anything. Please give back to my money
