Dear Sir,

I booked, on dt 08/08/2018, railway monthly ticket of Howrah - Balichak from dt. o9.08.2018 to 08. 09. 2018 through IR Unreserved Ticketing System by UBI ATM card of my saving A/C[protected] of Park street Branch, Kolkata. Amount Rs.533.22 is debited from saving above mwntioned A/C on 8.08.2018. But I have not received the booked ticket message from IR Unreserved Ticketing System due to transaction unsuccessful or Survivor down.
I request, kindly arrange me to credit the above amount mentioned into my UBI, Park street Branch, savings A/C.
I hope you will take the necessary official action.
