Dear sir, I booked, on dt 08/08/2018, railway monthly ticket of howrah - balichak from dt. O9.08.2018 to 08.09.2018 through ir unreserved ticketing system by ubi atm card of my saving a/c of park street branch, kolkata. Amount rs.533.22 is debited from saving a/c on 8.08.2018. But i have not received the booked ticket message from ir unreserved ticketing system due to transaction unsuccessful or survivor down. I request, kindly arrange me to credit the above amount mentioned into my ubi, park street branch, savings a/c. I hope you will take the necessary official action.
